Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the invitation, reservation, and participation process for experiences presented under PINGLES & DEX.
1. Nature of the experience
PINGLES & DEX offers private, curated gatherings and invitation-based experiences. Submission of an invitation request does not guarantee access or a confirmed reservation.
2. Invitation requests
All invitation requests are personally reviewed.
Access may be granted selectively, according to availability, the nature of the gathering, and the intended atmosphere of the experience.
PINGLES & DEX reserves the right not to issue an invitation or reservation confirmation.
3. Reservation confirmation
A place is only considered confirmed once:
the guest has been selected or approved, and
any required payment has been successfully completed
4. Pricing
Prices, where applicable, will be communicated clearly in connection with the relevant experience or reservation page.
PINGLES & DEX reserves the right to amend pricing for future experiences at any time before confirmation.
5. Payment
If payment is activated on the website, it will be processed through the relevant payment provider made available at checkout.
A completed payment does not override invitation conditions if reservation access has not been properly granted.
6. Postponement or cancellation
Experiences may occasionally be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled where necessary.
If a paid reservation is affected, guests will be informed directly and any replacement date, credit, refund, or alternative arrangement will be communicated at that time.
7. Guest conduct
PINGLES & DEX reserves the right to refuse or withdraw participation where behaviour is incompatible with the nature, safety, or atmosphere of the gathering.
8. Experience details
Dates, timing, location details, and attendance information may be shared privately after selection and/or payment, depending on the nature of the experience.
9. Limitation of liability
PINGLES & DEX will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation, postponement, cancellation, or inability to attend, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
11. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
